Feedback is like small updates for us, but sometimes, it can be huge. Some comments lead to immediate fixes, others might take more time. We don’t rush when accuracy’s on the line, especially on auto reviews.
It doesn’t stop at just reading. Every bit of feedback goes to the right person. Got something about an electric car review? That goes to the reviewer. If it’s about the design of the blog, we’ll let the design team know. Our goal’s simple—respond, act, and show that your input matters. Sometimes, changes are made right after we see your message.
If feedback’s off-topic or harsh, we do keep track but might not follow it. Offensive or unhelpful comments don’t move the needle for us. We respect what’s constructive and deal with it fast.
